Our world is full of uncertainty, danger and many stressful and challenging situations. It is easy for us to be overwhelmed by stress, anxiety and depression. During this course, we will learn how by relying upon Buddha’s blessings, the support of spiritual friends and the actual protection in our mind from meditation, we will find we can accept and transform the pain and difficulties we experience in our lives. This mind of refuge empowers us in our spiritual practice and enables us to help others. Refuge Vows will be granted for those who wish to take them at the end of the day.
